At Café Ventura, we make sure your coffee arrives at your doorstep in the shortest time possible. We use the most reliable and secure shipping methods to deliver your order. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the location and volume of your order. If your order exceeds L500, shipping is free!

Return and Exchange Policy

At Café Ventura, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your coffee purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will take care of it.
