Our cupping laboratory is equipped and designed in accordance with the highest quality standards, which allows us to generate true and reliable analyzes of our product. Our team of tasters has the knowledge and experience necessary to do their job. To guarantee the quality of the coffee that enters the facilities and that it meets the quality conditions contracted by our international buyers, Cafe Ventura has human resources trained as cuppers with International Q Grader Certification, which allows us to control the traceability of the grain that will be processed and marketed. Two of our tasters have International Q GRADER Certification.
